DATES AND TIMES:

Thursday, May 16th, 12pm – 6pm

Friday, May 17th, 11pm – 7pm

Saturday, May 18th – Emergency pick-up from 6:30 – 7:00am

  • Only one person needs to pick up the packet for a team (race number and bibs, transponder, t-shirts, etc). If you are picking up for a friend, that is fine too.
  • All competitors associated with a bib number must sign Mt. Bachelor’s waiver before the packet may be picked up. Even racers who don’t anticipate being at the mountain.
  • If there is a 12 and Under racer who would like to complete the shortened run course, please communicate that with the volunteers and packet pick-up. They will mark the runner’s bib to ensure all young racers who want to complete the shortened course will get as much support as possible from run course volunteers.
  • At pick-up Pairs will sign off for their Pairs Pass to drive down Century Drive.Only one Pairs Pass will be issued to each Pair.
