Race Packet Pickup

DATES AND TIMES:

Thursday, May 15th, 12pm – 6pm

Friday, May 16th, 11am – 7pm

Saturday, May 17th – Emergency pick-up from 6:30 – 7:00am

  • Only one person needs to pick up the packet for a team (race number and bibs, transponder, t-shirts, etc). If you are picking up for a friend, that is fine too.
  • All competitors associated with a bib number must sign Mt. Bachelor’s waiver before the packet may be picked up. Even racers who don’t anticipate being at the mountain.
  • If there is a 12 and Under racer who would like to complete the shortened run course, please communicate that with the volunteers and packet pick-up. They will mark the runner’s bib to ensure all young racers who want to complete the shortened course will get as much support as possible from run course volunteers.
  • At pick-up Pairs will sign off for their Pairs Pass to drive down Century Drive. Only one Pairs Pass will be issued to each Pair.
  • Keep in mind that our T-shirt order has to be placed prior to registration closing. We will do our best to provide you with the size requested, but we it’s not guaranteed, especially in later hours of pick-up. If swaps need to be made, racers must wait until race day and can visit the MBSEF merch tent where extras will be located.
