RACE INFORMATION
Team T-Shirt and Packet Pick-Up:
Packet pickup will be at the MBSEF office, 2765 NW Lolo Drive in Bend. You can swing by between 2 pm – 5:30 pm on Wednesday, May 10th or between 2 pm – 5:30 pm on Thursday, May 11th. Only 1 person needs to go to packet pickup; you will be given shirts and numbers for the entire team.
Before you start: (DAY OF RACE) Seventh Mountain Resort
When you arrive at The Inn of the Seventh Mountain Resort please be sure to park in designated Mini PPP Parking Spots.
Your team must check in 15 minutes before the start of their heat. Look for the Parent Check In / MBSEF Tent. Start times for each team will be available at packet pickup.
On race day, each member of the team will need to wear their bib number on the front of their shirt with the included safety pins.
Once a team checks in, our volunteers will tell them where to line up.
Come prepared with ample water, snacks and weather ready attire for your racer!
Race & Obstacle Course Overview:
The race will consist of obstacles and team challenges that will be appropriate for our full range of competitor ages.
Every year, we add new obstacles to make the course fresh and exciting. Teams compete in heats based on age groups; awards are given in each heat.
Categories are Kindergarten-1st grade, 2nd-3rd grade & 4th-5th grade. Teams can be all girls, all boys or coed.
Heats will begin at 9:00 a.m. Start times will be assigned to teams the week before the event.
