VENDORS & PRIZE SPONSORS ARE NEEDED FOR 2025!
The SELCO Pole Pedal Paddle is the quintessential event of Bend, with over 5,000 racers/spectators in Riverbend park for both the Run-to-Paddle transition as well as for the finish. It’s the largest multi-sport event in Oregon, and a great opportunity for you to market your business to over 5,000 outdoor recreation enthusiasts.
We hope you will join the PPP’s finish celebration as a Vendor, Exhibitor or Prize Sponsor. SELCO PPP – MAY 17th 2025
The race begins at Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort at 9:15 a.m with the first racers expected to reach the finish line between 11:00 and 11:15am. Because our new course utilizes Riverbend Park for both our run-to-paddle transition and our finish area, spectators may be ready for viewing and making purchases as early as 10:30, when the first runners are due to reach the transition zone. Please keep this in mind, and be ready for customers no later than 10:45 a.m. The day will likely start slow, and then people will come in droves by lunchtime. After 11:30 a.m., there will be a steady stream of racers crossing the finish line. This continues up until about 2:30 p.m. People are then milling around socializing, looking at all the booths and hanging out. Awards are given out on the stage from about 3:15 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. At 4:00 p.m. vendors may break down and start loading up to go.
WHAT WE PROVIDE TO YOU
- A designated 10×10 space (some flexibility for food carts)
- Access to power is available to most, if needed.
- A move-in plan and timeline at least one week prior to the event.
- At some levels, the choice of banner placement in the sprint zone or a free race entry to any category.
- For some vendors, opportunity for in-kind contributions to our prize bags that are distributed during the awards ceremony.
- Live announcements during the event from the stage to drive traffic to your booth/area.
- Exposure to thousands of people and an opportunity to participate in an event that is rich with tradition.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Fill out the appropriate vendor application (links below) prior to March 31st, 2025. Approvals will be made on a first-come first-serve basis, and based primarily on power-needs.
- Once your application is approved we will send you a formal agreement which must be signed and returned with a Certificate of Insurance and payment prior to April 18th, 2025.
- Banners/Products/Information, depending on the type of agreement.
- Clear communication and positive teamwork with our crew of MBSEF staff and volunteer organizers.
